One of the benefits to home working is that I’ve had time to make a few videos again.
Here are some one-armed leg raises. No straps were used — slightly pissed off I didn’t angle the camera up more as proof but I’ll film it again next week.
Really taxing on the grip strength.

Very impressive, thanks for sharing. Whiffet, grow your hair. You look like Matt Lauer which on our side of the pond isn't a good thing.

That's from a lot of hard work, much respect Whiffet. Barber shops aren't open where I'm at either. All that's important is if the Women like it.

That's pretty cool whiffet, it would be quite liberating being able to do that kind of thing

That's pretty cool whiffet, it would be quite liberating being able to do that kind of thing I was quite pleased my grip could handle it. I got that pull up station for Xmas and was disappointed to discover that I could barely hang by one arm in December 2019. So I was delighted to be able to build up that type of strength again.

When I was lighter I could hang for maybe half that time but I'd go way over to one side, a lack of upper back strength maybe. Certainly wasn't about to be doing leg raises at the same time.

What whiffet does in that video is positively beastly!

Its near to impossible for me, as i'm newbie and my arm needs more strength to bear my whole weight.

Welcome, roger98. Yeah, I bet whiffet has been doing a lot of consistent, tiny steps for a long time to get to that level of conditioning.

Its near to impossible for me, as i'm newbie and my arm needs more strength to bear my whole weight. Back at Xmas time I was really struggling with one armed hangs as I hadn’t done them for a long time. Therefore little steps over 5 months can really add up. I find it is really easy to train one armed stuff too much and that less is often more.

Offloading some of your weight with the non-hanging arm is a good progression.
