I love using it for rows. Vary the handle height to change the difficulty

Looking like a U.S. Marine in boot camp Whiffet. Need to work on your tan though so we don't start calling you Whitey rather than Whiffet. Enjoy your youth and keep marching forward!

Believe it or not, I came up with the Iso Strap for that one exercise.

Believe it or not, I came up with the Iso Strap for that one exercise. I found an exercise you recommended on your Angelfire webpage that was very effective for my back. That is to clasp the hands around the knee & PULL while sitting. I tweaked it a bit by raising a leg on top of the bed, foot firmly planted, hands clasped over knee, other knee resting against the bedside & SQUEEZE shoulder blades. Then do negative pull ups until u start to get tired. The results were amazing.
