We all know Bruce's, "She owes me money." I like that one a lot. Mine has been for a long time, "I'm only as good as my last workout and I am what I eat." But every now and then, we have to rebrand and I just did. Sharing my latest and asking what's yours.

I read this one somewhere and it's kind of catchy;
"Train a little, or train a lot, but TRAIN!"
There was a overweight, elderly gentleman at that same place and his was, "Why bother?"

Do exercise that you like doing, and do some every day.
Don't be like clockwork but when darkness comes again, make sure you haven't wasted your daylight.

Inspiring stuff — I hope I’m still training all of my life. I guess the only thing that’ll stop it is some sort of illness or bad injury.
I actually think your best one is that the program must fit the personality. I think that is so true.

If u want to get ripped, hard, have a NCAA gymnast physique then train fasted but you'll never get BIG like a bodybuilder on that. No way!
