Simple, effective workout: 15 pushups, 15 crunches, 15 squats, non-stop for 15 minutes. Then go for a brisk 30 minute walk.

Didn't know where else to post this, something I just stumbled across. Seems here is as good as any since it's sort of a burpees thread. Cutest little kid I've every seen doing burpees, the boy in the middle. What a motivator to doing burpees with little ones. My grandsons will know how to do burpees.

That would do in the heavy strongmen and powerlifters! That is because they lack nerve farts. I've taken the workout and adapted it to the powerlifters and strongman competitors 15 Pushups, Rest 15 minutes, 15 Crunches, Rest 15 minutes, 15 Squats Next Day, Walk 15 minutes - not all at once though.

Since the lock down in the UK, I have just been doing circuit training, I am used to having minimal or no rest between exercises. Also if I was going to rest between exercises I would do active resting, like walking around for example.
