I know some may disagree with certain exercises but the Sierra bands would be perfect for these. I may try the pullup one the next time I do pullups.

Ross is a beast and I hurt just watching some of his moves. If I made a video of me doing the running forward and then back on the bands it would be a comedy of me crashing back into the wall. I use a band for my chin-ups to get higher reps not to make it harder. He was offering "Never Gymless" on his site for a dollar because of the coronavirus. It was one of my favorite home workout books.

Bob,
I owned that book too but eventually gave it away when I purged my fitness books collection. I had his earlier book, The Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness, and liked it more. I thought I was in pretty good conditioning then until doing some of his workouts.
One time, Tom (a guy who used to frequent the old BB forum) and I had a friendly competition doing one of Ross’s workouts. Afterwards, we were both panting on the gym floor. The workout was a tri-set I believe, including the C2 Rower, burpees and something else. Tom later said that laying on the gym floor he looked like a beached whale that Eskimo kids would love to jump on as a trampoline.
Good times!
Ross carries more muscle mass than earlier days. I remember having an email exchange with him once, a true gentleman.
Thanks for sharing Michael.

Bands can be much more forgiving on Your body than you my think, therapy uses them. I have changed my thoughts on calisthenics, pullups, and back exercises over the years. I have done higher reps in the past. I prefer to make them harder and feel the muscle work then to do more reps. If someone likes higher reps have at it because that's what You like. I thought this would be a much better post than the doom and gloom of the virus. We all like to exercise. Anyway, here's is and interesting video on back training:

It's noteworthy that the versatile Power Rack is used as a band anchor .

That's what I use my old power rack for, along for other things also.
