Thank you Ben i appreciate that brother , combining DSRs with calisthenics really works for putting the beef on me . I liked your YouTube video I seen earlier of your "pull apart" push ups 👌🏻💪🏻

Talk about multitasking . I just put up another one of doing an isometric Zercher Squat, that's a hell of an exercise for the legs.

Well today's workout was the same as yesterday's workout which is not something I usually do but I enjoyed it that much and felt like hitting my upper body again . I've lost quite a bit of size lately so I'm focusing on DSRs and calisthenics which works a treat for me !!

Today was a push day...
Push ups (on push up bars) 5x20 reps Diamond push ups 10x10 reps Incline push ups 2x50 reps
Finished off with
Cable fly's (DVR) 2x8 Seated knee pull in (DSR) 2x8

I had a crackin workout today outside in the sun all while fasted . I started off by doing two isometric moves for the neck, shoulders, back, chest, core, legs, biceps, triceps.
For each set I did it "solytrain" style except I just did 5+5+5 .
After completing that i did a reverse push up ladder starting from 20 all the way down to 1
After the push ups i did the DVR routine from PYTP .
Finished off with 20 minutes of slow n controlled shadow boxing .

I usually rest on Sunday but decided to do a light workout .
I did the DVR routine from PYTP for 10 reps on each move and i also did 10 push ups after each exercise . Got a nice pump and got the blood flowing !

I did 5 Rounds of the circuit and finished with 15 minutes of shadow boxing

Good stuff Bazza! I remember one Bruce one time talking about doing that tricep pushup Your were doing off the counter one time. He was talking about doing it off a wall with hands flat on the wall. I remember thinking this exercise is nothing. So being the hard head I was I did high reps. My triceps got sore as heck.

To be honest with you them standing tricep dips are probably my favourite triceps builder and always add size to my arms but yes high reps of them will burn them like crazy !!
