How's it going lads I'm back ! I tried to log into my old account on here but i forgot my password. Over the past year I've put on 20lbs (not all muscle) from following and sticking to a routine for the first time in my life ! Hare are some current pictures Those pics are just cheap camera tricks. Visual spatial illusions brought about by moving into a smaller apartment. It makes u look bigger now. Ur bathroom must the size of a pantry & a safety harness is a necessity so ur not yanked down the toilet due to suction pressure whenever u flush.

Beast!!! Good job Baz! What has been Your routine? Cheers Michael mate ! I've been following a push pull legs routine hitting each twice per week and legs once . The exercises are made up on the day but the key to my results has been making sure I hit technical failure on every single set or just making sure I've drained all energy from my muscles at the end of the session to make sure that i stimulate the muscles to their max ! I also mix up doing high volume and low volume and also work in some DSR'S too . Here's a sample push week.... Monday (higher volume) Push ups on bars 1 rep up to 20 reps (ladder) Iincline push ups 2 x 50 Lliederman chest press 2 x 10 each DVR chest flys 2 x 10 Thursday (lower volume) 1 arm push ups 3 sets to failure Close push ups 2 sets to failure Normal push ups 1 set to failure I've also been trying to increase the big 6 from Convict Conditioning too .

You kill me Mox ! Today's workout was to merely get a pump and a bit of activity, nothing to major ! 10 push ups 5 chest expander pulls x 10 rounds Also through out the day i will randomly perform iso's or some form of self resistance .

I'll just carry on posting in this old account of mine . So today was a push workout, nothing fancy....
Fingertip push ups 3 x fail Archer push ups 3 x fail Narrow push ups (on handles) 3 x fail Bench dips 3 x fail
I finished off with liederman chest presses and prayer hands in and out (DSR)

Yesterday's workout . I did the DVR routine from "PYTP" I did 5 heavy reps for each move with 25 push ups after each exercise and I repeated the whole routine twice

Workout today was A reverse Handstand push up ladder with a DSR shoulder move after each set of HSPU 10 HSPU
DSR shoulder 9 HSPU DSR shoulder....all the way down to 1 HSPU
I finished of with 15 minutes of shadow boxing

DSR shoulder 9 HSPU DSR shoulder....all the way down to 1 HSPU
I finished of with 15 minutes of shadow boxing Dude that's an awesome upper body workout. Way to go.
