Tried those out last night...nice ! I also used a single kettlebell for semi-incline bench press, and my pecs are sore as I type this !.... The 'core' definitely comes into play during the exercise using the single kettlebell, going to use just the single kettlebell for this exercise for awhile as a change of pace

Magnus works also doing them lying on the floor. Thanks Michael, I've tried the 'floor press' before but pec stimulation felt limited, there didn't seem to be enough stretch.

Magnus, something that I tried for the first time today was a KB Get Up to a Press. Pressing in a seated position with the legs straight and out wide is a lot harder. Really hits the abs too.
When You do it on the floor with palms toward Your feet, You should feel it more in the upper chest.
