""For far too long, we've relied on foreign manufacturing and supply chains for our most important medicines and active pharmaceutical ingredients while placing America's health, safety, and national security at grave risk," Peter Navarro, director of the White House Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, said in a statement."
You bet ! And who profited from all the outsourcing over several presidential administrations ? It wasn't the stay-at-home-govt hand-out beneficiaries that's for sure.
Re Covid-19, 'bout time Trump woke up and did something positive towards the situation. It's "only" taken him 17 weeks...…….

That's right. I think only about 5% of the Australian land mass is populated. Here in NZ they've opened up the schools again which in my opinion is a huge mistake. They're talking about kids not being as likely to get the virus as adults, but even we're at Level 2 now, we still are expected to maintain distance. Kids play together, they won't keep distance, it's not in their makeup, and hey. my two grandson's school has 580 pupils and everyday parents and grandparents are there to pick them up. Then they all pile down to the intersection through two school gates. What then ? It's a cluster waiting to happen. You can't all hide from it and expect it to go away. Somebody has done the maths and figured out that NZ will cope with the amount of people they are expecting to become infected. They are doing the same here and elsewhere. In other words they are going for Boris Johnson's herd immunity theory (He was advised to go for it, it wasn't his idea) that so many people criticised at the time and he eventually did a u-turn on it. They can't call it herd immunity now though after criticising it but that's exactly what it is.

The notice above is a bit childish. We all have to go along with govt telling us what to do, that's why we elect them, to lead. But there's a limit to what any govt should be telling us to do and that's forcing everybody to have vaccines.
I've posted on that before somewhere on these threads that compulsory vaccines for everybody is a dangerous precedent for anything that the psychopaths in behind the scenes want to do to the country's population.
Nobody but a few know what's in any vaccine, and we take them on trust that said particular vaccine at any time will help whatever it's been touted for. If a certain vaccine becomes compulsory for everyone, then that is the end of the last vestiges of free will that citizens will have.
Schools, jobs, travel, social contact etc will be closed to unvaccinated individuals. Everybody will be marked (one way or another) even more than they are now (we're defined by numbers attached to our names, said names only themselves digital).
And the way will be set for ALL vaccines to be compulsory. At that point, the PTB will have the power of life and death at the point of a needle, or even oral dosage, and nobody outside the PTB will know if the People are taking something which is used to cull those that the PTB deem "defective" or "unproductive" etc by their own standards, which have already been proven and demonstrated on a daily basis for years as basically anti-social at the very least.
There was another program that discriminated back some 90 years ago and carried out on a national basis, and as Nazi germany expanded its control over Europe, international basis. That program determined who should live or die, and if anybody thinks "it couldn't happen here" then just re-examine some of he fascist-style programs that have been carried out in the United States post WW2. Especially since 1947 when those gang of thugs, the CIA came into being. Nazi Germany's extermination programs were not only racial, they were medical and "moral" as well, well before WW2.
The money system in America is already outside democracy, and has been for a long time. The lifeblood of the nation is beyond govt control. Vicious experimental programs have been carried by CIA-controlled universities, front companies and over a long time on unwitting individuals numbering in the thousands.
The military have never been squeamish about using their soldiers for experiements that have injured or even killed.
Compulsory vaccination is the perfect "silent" control of every last citizen and military personnel in the country, any country in fact. Even if not lethal, there are well-known substances used in interrogation that make the subject more amenable to suggestion and easily coerced.

I certainly agree. There are many things to keep in mind when examining the ever-growing rate of cases and deaths in the US, for example.
Firstly, are the number sources reasonably reliable ? I quote from Worldometer and believe that it is as reliable as any other source of information.
Next, are the numbers entirely because of Covid 19 and nothing else ? We already know that Covid patient deaths that may have been caused by some other primary factor were going to be lumped into the statistics as caused by the virus. There were at least two reasons for that. One, it is often only a guess what someone has passed away from, due to multiple health concerns etc. Covid or not. Two, said patient may have been quite all right for another few years if they had NOT contracted Covid 19.
Thirdly, is the US statistics on a level playing field with the rest of the world ? As far as I know (NZ followed the above parameters as well) Yes. Therefore reasonable comparisons can be made with the rest of the world. For the US, the numbers don't look good, as I've often mentioned. I would say that the US will hit 2 million by at least the end of the first week in June, if not sooner, and the number of deaths will reach 100,000 in another week at the outside.
Fourth, the testing has been proven not to be 100% reliable. In saying that, those countries that tested extensively brought their numbers down quite considerably. South Korea for one. Those tests and the accompanying isolation of those tested positive were effective in largely containing the virus, in the absence of a suitable vaccine.
Finally, the numbers of cases and deaths in the US through Covid 19 may well be higher, and in fact one could speculate that they certainly are. Many patients who may have had Covid 19 before it was officially recognized recovered, while others passed away, diagnosed with other causes like the flu, for example.
And the number of those that died after their necessary surgeries were postponed or cancelled will never be known. Their "numbers" were indirectly caused by Covid 19, but will almost certainly not be accurately compiled as a Covid 19 statistic.
On the side, there are the three averages, mode, median, and mean. They were used sometimes to confuse at union meetings by the management. Some of us had taken the arithmetic courses and spoke accordingly.

Well the first thing I do when reading something or viewing a video is put it through my smell test, call it a first round vetting for lack of a better term. I just viewed this video and my vet is that what the person presents seems believable. This video is about 20 minutes long so I don't expect everyone to view it but I chose to this morning while having my cup of coffee. It's going to get harder to exist below the radar moving forward and all the more reason to stay a mile away (the way the crow flies) from a best. vimeo.com/421657568?fbclid=IwAR224nejgX-urnuzBk4IQ26MEb8dTYSdHY-r9g7e8P5ndHowuN8GgZMK-Zk

In my opinion, Covid 19 has presented the perfect opportunity for enhanced control of the population, and compulsory vaccination, something I've already warned about on here. I've also mentioned that everything has changed now. It made me smile "...house bill 6666..." I don't think anybody would argue with sufferers, or those that test positive but not yet ill, if ever, being placed in isolation. But quarantining of healthy people is only another way to control everything about an individual's whereabouts and movements. GPS tracking of a targeted "contact" will complete that side of things. I've said on the other thread that there's always been an undercurrent of fascist/nazi influence in America, and there's been plenty of evidence for that over the last 120 years, at least. Vaccines being made compulsory will be among the last "civil" measures for complete control over the population, and of who lives and dies. It's that simple. It will also complete the totalitarianism of the Unites States of America. At that point, labels such as Republican, Democrat, Socialism or Capitalism will mean even less than they do now.

And by the way, this morning NZ time, the number of deaths reported as Covid 19-caused by Worldometer has now surpassed 100,000 in the US.
Congratulations Donald. Hope you enjoy your golf today.

The mask thing I think is very clear, although I would scrutinize carefully anything that comes from the WHO. In this case I believe she is right. The three times I've been out of the playpen since the Level 4 lockdown was applied in NZ, I wore a mask to and inside the diary/grocery store more as an attempt to reassure the public, rather than any confidence in virus protection.
I felt that distancing was more effective, and washing the mitts (and wiping down the groceries when I got home) was about as secure as I could make it, short of holding my breath for several minutes in the store and after I got back in the car, is concerned.
What is continuously evident to me is the ever-growing estimated number of cases and deaths in the US, and because of widely reported inadequate testing, further estimates of how many there could be in total. Persons with no or very little evidence of Covid 19 infection would not have been tested, therefore they remain at large, presumably ready to infect several others while being unaware of their own infection.
With more unlocking of states etc, that can only have one result and with the deep divisions apparent in America on all fronts, especially in the last few days, I have very little hope for America as a stable country economy, and returning to its previous condition in the future. Having someone at the helm who I believe is not well in the clockwork only adds to my concerns.
If the present rate of confirmed cases continues roughly at about 20k a day in the US, and a 1000 deaths every 24 hours, then by election time we could see over 4 million cases and some half a million deaths, most of which could have been unnecessary if prompt action had been taken right at the start.
Some other countries that took said action show the unmistakable results of their extensive testing programs and isolation measures, by their flattening out of statistics and eventual reduction in cases, the prime figure in my opinion. Those that did not, such as Sweden, Brazil, and particularly America, show only too well their sad results.
