I didn't read it because it wanted me to give permission to mine my personal data and send ads to me. So I skipped it.
Maybe you can give a brief summary of it.

Here you go Alan... Arnold Schwarzenegger stops lifting weights after nearly 60 years Arnold Schwarzenegger has swapped pumping iron for pumping tyres by riding his bike every day instead. By ALEX HARRIS PUBLISHED: 10:28, Fri, Feb 7, 2020 | UPDATED: 09:15, Sat, Feb 8, 2020 Arnold Schwarzenegger has stopped pumping iron after nearly 60 years in the gym. The 72-year-old ditched his muscle-building workouts for cardiovascular training because he no longer has competitions to prepare for. According to the Daily Star, he said: “I don't work out anymore. There is no reason to work out as if I am going for the Mr Olympia or Mr Universe competition. “I ride my bike every day. I do cardiovascular every day. It's important to me.” Schwarzenegger is widely considered to be one of the greatest bodybuilders of all-time. The Austrian started to hit the weights at the age of 14 before being crowned Junior Mr Europe in 1965 before winning the senior version the following year. He went on to dominate the international scene being named Mr Universe three years in a row from 1968 to 1970. A total of seven Mr Olympia titles were also claimed between 1970 and 1980. Schwarzenegger transitioned from bodybuilding to acting in the 1980s famously starring in blockbuster hits such as The Terminator and Twins. The Expendables star now keeps himself ticking over by hopping on his bike in the morning, famously cycling to Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, most mornings at around 6am. He was recently pictured displaying his athleticism alongside fellow Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood. Schwarzenegger said: "I tell you I am 72. But what is really amazing is Clint, who's 90 years old and who's skiing diamond runs."

In Arnold's biography book Total Recall, he wrote that as a young teen he saved up some of the money he earned from a first physical labor job to buy a bicycle from a man in his village in Austria that assembled usable bicycles from salvage parts and that he was proud to own it and got a lot of use out of it. I believe he may always have been a cycling enthusiast. Not so much for the sport of cycling but because he knew he wanted more than the sleepy village he grew up in and the bicycle allowed him to start expanding his horizons.

Arnold probably heard about "busted up weightlifter syndrome" and decided not to take any chances.
