I was questioning if the kettlebells were really as heavy as they looked and the numbers he's quoting, but those dragon flags are dammed sure real!

I've viewed his videos before and thought the same thing about the KB weight. Looking carefully, it's hard to tell. In some instances, the way the KB moves, it seems light but in other instances it seems heavier. They have bigger ones that are lighter. I like the guy and consider him a role model for me. Thanks for sharing and reminding me about him.

He's doing well, but I'm not sure I buy what he says he's doing
That's 600 reps in 15 minutes. Which comes out to 40 reps / minute. I might buy that if in a circuit type workout, but no one on earth is doing 200 pushups at a 40 rep / minute clip with so little rest, at least I'd have to see it to believe. That kettlebell looks huge, but I'd say based on how it moves him when he has to change direction with it, it's a 35 lb kb. A 50lb kb would be throwing him around a lot more.

In the swings I thought it looked like it was plastic. Very little inertia. But in the clean, I noticed it seems to land with a thump in the rack position which would suggest to me it's heavier....
35 lb is still a reasonable weight to heave about in my view - not massive but at age 76? I'd say not bad at all.....
