He makes some good points. I never thought about it much but I agree with a lot of what he has to say. So in otherwords. Full range of motion for the muscle and full range of motion for the joint can, especially in compound movements be two different things. For maintaining mobility you probably want to focus on full range of joint motion (frjm) and for muscle building full range of muscle motion (frmm) I will in the fullness of time incorporate some of this into my training. This morning I did weights, bands, and self-resistance. It's gotten to the point to where when I go downstairs for my morning workout, I don't know what I'll be doing until I start working out.
