I just did discover Jason Gallant's natural bodybuilding site and I really like it. He is a very knowledgeable individual with over 500 videos. He live in Harrison Hot Springs British Columbia and many of his videos show the natural beauty of the area. Bruce he rivals your photography skills.
This is a video addressing back pain. He herniated a disk deadlifting improperly when he was 19. I think he is 45 years old now.
These are 6 should pain hacks. He tore a labrum playing hockey and dislocated the other from the same sport. Also had a partial bicep tear from an improper chiropractic adjustment to an arm that the Chiro did not know could hyperextend as much from breaking his elbow when he was a kid.
This is one on knee pain
He is a weight trainer but many of his ideas can apply here. I have gone through about 260 videos so far and the highest complement I can make is that I learned many new things. I also think he is funny and entertaining too. He has a website and another You Tube channel dedicated to meditation. He has Chi Kung experience also.
These are a lot of his diet videos

That's for posting the videos. I did get to watch the last two yet. But the back and shoulder one are pretty good.

Michael he has fantastic content. No non sense backed up by personal application and over thirty years of training.
Check out some of his Q and A sessions. Some are three hours long and he answers tons of questions about all facets of training. I am really glad you enjoyed.

Assuming back pain isn’t skeletal, swing kettlebells and you’ll likely never have back pain.

If I'm seeing this right, he's swinging 6, 25# plates on his DIY two-hand pipe handle? So, 150#+?
I learned to use the hips to drive the movement and letting the arms just go along like pendulums, not adding effort to raise the height, from one of Bud's videos, which seems to no longer be available.

Exactly Mikey. The only thing I would add is squeezing the glutes at the top of the movement. This protects the lower back.
Pierini, You're right except I would add a couple of things. I would say that everyone would not have the same results with the same exercise. For example, the hyperextensions Jason shows jacks up my lower back. But I have no problem with Romanian deadlifts. Swings use to jack up my lower back until I learned the right form and had a professional show me what I was doing wrong. I can't go right into doing swings without some kind of warm-up. My warm-up is the McGill Big 3( Thanks to TR). I have not had a problem with my lower back since. Even the kettlebell guys warm up structurally. I would also say don't rush the exercise and watch the volume. Just my opinion.
