This is from Pat Flynn’s Twitter page - I like Pat’s stuff, his KB complex workouts are simple in design yet challenging to do as prescribed.
“Fitness is best kept simple.
Lift heavy things. Occasionally sprint. And try to walk briskly everyday.
Stick to the fundamentals: Use progressive resistance. Practice what you want to get good at.
Consistency before intensity. Intensity before everything else.”

Fast, I think Pat was merely talking about the 10 percent in his commentary.

?? Is "consistency" something beyond "everything else"?

?? Is "consistency" something beyond "everything else"? No. It's "before" everything else, according to those two sentences.

Which is of course nonsense

Remember when whitebelt started posting all over the place about how diet advice was all fearmongering and you might as well just live off macdonalds? Anyway I don't know if anyone is still in touch with him but I hope he's doing well.
