So they say. A guy on another forum (guess who) is recommending blending a dozen eggs - that's right. A dozen! - into some high protein concoction. Three times a day! A guy on another forum (guess who) also claims he practices IF by fasting 23 hours and eating during a one-hour window. A guy on another forum (guess who) has also posted his uncle practiced IF decades ago and taught it to that guy on the other forum (guess who), who has allegedly been IF'ing almost all his life, but then a couple weeks ago a guy on another forum (guess who) also posted that when he was 17 he mixed 36 eggs a day with either milk, half&half or cream, and divided it into three portions to be sipped throughout the day. That diet and the Charles Atlas Course turned him into a head-turner so jacked that EVERYONE thought he was a powerlifter or bodybuilder. More than 10 years ago a guy on another forum (guess who) advocated a six-meal-a-day eating schedule that included at least three protein shakes consisting of eggs and Muscle Milk.

A guy on another forum (guess who) will say anything about anything if he thinks it will make his world of physical culture appear to be trendy and fashionable.

I've added chopped apple to the mix described in the O.P.

I don’t eat breakfast and have decided my next book will share all the secrets of this living strength fitness, health and wellness strategy. There’s a lot to know about it; it’s very complex and sophisticated. I didn’t realise you skipped it too. There is so much fruit in Hunza that "even the animals," said Durand, "take the fruit diet, and you see donkeys, cows and goats eating the fallen mulberries. The very dogs feed on them, and our foxterriers took to the fruit regimen most kindly and became quite connoisseurs." The daily eating is given by Schomberg as: nothing before going out in the early morning to the fields; after two or threee hours of work, bread, pulses and vegetables with milk; at midday, fresh fruit or dried apricots kneaded with water; in the evening these same foods, with meat on rare occasions.’ Elsewhere says they ate twice a day

For years I fixed two fried eggs over toast with cream cheese and smoked salmon with a side of a banana and sliced apples for breakfast. Years. Years and years...alotta years. For the last week I've been blending an egg in a bowl of milk and adding granola with raisins, honey, wheat germ, and a sliced banana. It's delicious, filling, and satisfying, and it takes no time at all to fix. These both sound fucking great though; I've been eating supermarket pastries and a can of monster for breakfast and although it leads to a reasonable bowel movement it isn't really what I'm after.

I've been eating a lot of pork shoulder steaks. 3 of them cost about $6. Very fatty and filling and at $2 a steak that's much cheaper than what a ribeye is going for these days. I don't know why they aren't more popular, but I'm glad they're not, keeps the price down.
