I'd go for physique. Would rather have all the female attention that goes along with it. So, how's your love life these days, Whiffties? Haven't heard in awhile.

I'd go for physique. Would rather have all the female attention that goes along with it. Imagine in Billy Crystal's voice...."It’s better to look good than to feel good and you look Mahvelous”!!!!! But really strength is a relative thing and as Bruce and others have stated depending on method and genetics, the physique will follow!!! And as we, if we are going to do it gracefully and decrease the risk of injury and be honest with ourselves, have to accept the definition of strength changes as we grow older!! That's just my two cents...I'm a big spender!!!!

As Maxick and Saldo said in their Maxalding courses, they are not mutually exclusive. Nothing wrong in wanting a ripped physique. If you train hard and diet, even if you are geared towards one end, you will get the other. Of course, if you let yourself become fat, the aesthetic side will suffer. If you diet to a very low fat percentage I guess the strength will suffer because of low energy. The most I train for is the challenge, that's why I like hard/HIT/short holds/etc...it gives me mental release of anger and peace.

It's cool to be strong and be able to do stuff other people can't and maybe knock someone silly.

It's cool to be strong and be able to do stuff other people can't and maybe knock someone silly. Develop the ability to knock someone silly. Now there's a worthy goal.
