I've read somewhere about spinach and Popeye's wisdom to eat it for T boost. Don't recall mention of extracting the chemical though.

I always use spinach in place of lettuce for everything - salads, sandwiches, BLT's. I always get fresh spinach instead of the packaged. It's greener and tastier. Cooking some spinach in with spaghetti gives it some real pazazz. It also looks so 5-star gourmet. Impress your dinner guests.

I wonder if the rest was funded by spinach farmers.

I'll hold off on the spinach extract until Pioneer Pierini blesses it . For now I'll stick with cheap caffeine for performance enhancement .

I'm going to buy and eat some fresh, steamed, organic spinach.

I've been enjoying spinach + lettuce salads almost every day for the last couple of years. I love them with olive oil, salt and Italian vinegar. If you add a little bit of honey to the mix, it can make you reach a saladgasm. I hate cooked spinach, but raw I just love them.
About the 'steroid' thing, I honestly haven't noticed any impovements in performance or muscularity. I eat them because I enjoy them and they're healthy.

.....Why did the beef have to be ground? 'Cause you don't want it to bite you back, or worse yet, whinny when you take a bite, especially if it's too rare.
