I fell for that one Pierini in the past, my mistake. You live and You learn. The guys in Your blog covered just about everything on that one. When You have a lot of injuries all You want to do is get out of pain.

What is the myth? Everyone starts from somewhere. Even a few minutes per day is a start.

Not a myth, sorry. TUT: Just 5 minutes per day of intense, continuous Turkish Get-Ups, Loaded Carry or supersetting squat, dip and pull-up is plenty to start. Starting out, the person might not even be able to do more than 2 or 3 minutes of that stuff every day, but they, for sure, are going to start the muscle building process doing that.
If you can, try doing muscle-ups, front lever and back lever on rings for just 5 minutes every day and then tell me you need to do it for more than 15 minutes to build any muscle.
EDIT: Not at all implying that I can do that ring exercise, BTW.

The myth is you'll start building your body with 15 mins of exercise a day. You will start. There's no lie in those words.

I could do my weights workouts in 15 mins a day I think. Day 1: pull ups and dips supersetted for 15 mins. No rest. Day 2: squats and hamstring curls supersetted for 15 mins. No rest. Day 3: biceps and triceps supersetted for 15 mins. No rest. Day 4: core and shoulder -- supersetted as above. Rest a day then repeat,

You realize this is a Charles Atlas quote to whom many here and Aging Macho 2 didn't think the Dynamic Tension course did out in the way of bodybuilding. Yes, but as deuce wrote, there is no lie in the words: "Only 15 minutes a day ...Start building your body today." It doesn't matter who wrote them.

You must eat fat to get into a state of ketosis. (Actually a diet myth, but anyway...)

Following someone’s exercise methods will jack your HGH and testosterone through the roof yet they provide no before and after blood work results to substantiate the claim.
In other words, more middle-aged man chatter and white smoke.

Don't lift weights as you'll get too big and bulky. This one always makes me laugh. I've heard that from both guys and gals. "I work out but I don't want to lift weights because I don't want to get too big/muscular/masculine".
As if it was that easy to gain muscle mass. Oh, the arrogance of ignorance...

Especially the women think if they lift weights they'll turn to Arnold Schwarzenegger over night

Years ago I heard a personal trainer employed at my gym was talking to a prospective female member, and the lady said she was afraid that all the weight training she'd be doing would make her big and bulky. The PT - a young female - told the lady, "If you were lifting heavy weights you would get very big and muscular, and you're big enough already, so I'm going to design programs that use light weights and lots of reps," and then went on to explain that training that way would lengthen her muscles and give her a long, sleek look. All the fat she was currently carrying would melt off.
