Can you give a synopsis for those of us hitting the paywall. Without seeing the article I would say the cause is two-fold. 1. Blood sugar issues from the foods we eat playing hell with CV system. 2. Lack of traditional cardio in favor of short intense stuff, that while not bad at all, does not give the same benefits of longer less intense cardio.
Am I close?
