Thanks Michael, I’ll check out when I have an idle moment.
Parker is always worried about artery plaque and cardiovascular health.
Late last year I had a some stuff done by a company called Lifeline Screening. Paid $129 (I think) and got about 6 screens and tests done including assessing my carotid arteries and other cardiovascular assessments I’d have to look up to explain. All were squeaky clean.
It was money well spent for peace if mind.

You're Welcome, Pierini. After watching some of his videos it seems like he's a low carb guy. Parker always put out a lot of information on more closer to vegetarian type stuff. Something that always gets me is the amount of conflicting nutrition information health wise. I'm not talking calorie deficit for losing weight. My personal opinion and from working with a professional I believe people process different macros like carbs differently. That's what makes us al different. The more I think about, a lot of Mr. Potatoe's nutrition philosophy is more on the line of what the professional showed me months ago. I just went away from it and have been experimenting. My thing is Your diet has to be enjoyable and sustainable. Here's a good article on carb intolerance.
