Was doing a shoulder exercise earlier today.. sierra anchor under the door, put on one more loops than last week.. as the loops were at maximum stretch the door suddenly started to move up (rofl)

Anchor the strap with a wooden dowel or steel pipe that you stand on.

Use a stronger door.

Yeah. Be careful. Always use the side of the door that closes inward. Always remember that there is a tremendous amount of kinetic energy built up in those bands. It's like a giant sling shot.

I have heard that some people actually support a significant amount of their bodyweight by hanging onto the door knobs to do exercises! Duh-oh!

Yeah that was funny when the door started to move up and down hahaha. I now use another door but I'll eventually run into the same problem there too I believe. Btw that's top advice from Bruce which was also mentioned in The Hook manual I believe.. always put the anchor on the side of the door that's closing towards you. Anchor the strap with a wooden dowel or steel pipe that you stand on. That's a good as idea my man. I'll try that out soon
