I have started doing like a "200" or "300" rep workout, depending on time, counting down form the top all the way to 1. I just keep working through these exercises, when fatigued on one, move to the next. It's a fun new way to get the numbers in and goes pretty fast. Sometimes I just do the pushups/rows in sets of 100 with a few minutes between sets. Seems like a good way to maintain overall fitness. Counting down instead of up might seem inconsequential but mentally it prepares you for the fact you are doing those 300 reps (or whatever you choose).

When I count up, it feels like I'm dreading it and feels like going up a boring hill but counting down has that opposite effect. That's awesome of doing that many reps, impressive.
