What are your thoughts on that saying?
For a long time my only protein sources were eggs, fish, quark, whey and some peanut butter here and there. For some reason I rarely ever ate meat. Since I eat more meat I feel like I built more muscle. I eat ground beef maybe 2 or 3 times a week now. If I was a strength athlete I would prolly eat it 7 times a week, but I wanna be a healthy person so I don't wanna overdo it. What are your overall thoughts on meat and muscle growth?

Bob50, Thanks for posting that. Interesting website. So they are talking about organic beef also?
I don't eat red meat much at all. I may eat it once a month or on a special occasion like a barbeque. There are many people that don't eat meat that build plenty of muscle. One way of eating doesn't fit everyone.

Of course you can only benefit from the steroids and GH added, if you use your muscles

As a former meat cutter for 36 yrs. I love my rib eye steaks, my wife and I eat red meat once a week, either a rib eye or fillet, then the remainder of the week it’s chicken and fish, except on Monday night it’s pizza night!
