It’ll be in abundant supply at your favorite local Goodwill Thrift Store in a couple years. Our favorite Captain Kronos (sic ??) will snatch a pair up when that day comes.

I like the frame. I would use it for self-resistance training

His head is in a dangerous zone in the ab training photo.

It comes in different resistance levels. How do you change resistance? How much resistance? Is the resistance unlimited, and added/subtracted instantaneously as it is on THE HOOK? Does it take up as little room as The Hook? Is it as versatile as The Hook?

With a Thrift Shop "testdrive" I'd consider a purchase ( $10 max)

Great for compressions and expanding or pulling apart. Also would put on Black and Decker workmate and pull down to do iso equivalent of rope pulldowns for abs . Also put on top of sawhorses and did parallel grip pull-ups while body horizontal to ground. It was super handy.

I was going to say it did this by hook and by crook but you are the most honest businessman I have ever known. I bet you could make a sliding contraption of interlocking pipe with bands as the resistance instead of springs.

You da man Captain K. You were the person I thought might have one. I don't know why I like it. Usually I shun QVC type exercise machines. For example the shake weight came and went and I never missed it. This is different.

You could get a decent lat workout with this, brace one end at the waist and bend forward, pulling down on the handle with one arm. There is a bullworker move like that that hits the lats really well.
