That's a Big Boy, 440lbs. His arms are long as heck. I know 6 pull ups don't sound like much but to pull that kind of weight is pretty good. Plus I liked his form better. Not taking anything away from the Navy Seal guy.

That big boy impressed the heck out of me with his 6 reps. Elsewhere in the video, he bangs out 500 meters on the Concept 2 rower in near world record time.
Stumbled across his YouTube channel and read up on him. He was a high school basketball player but got the call to the iron. He’s very gentle and likable in his talk and demeanor but definitely one strong bad boy. I like the guy.

His strength is (obviously) off the charts. Looking at the pull ups, Brian had to kip and he has one of the strongest backs in the world, so that is how hard it is with a 400 poind plus bw. I didn't care foe thecother guy's form, but I appreciate when chasing reps like this, pwople are not bothered about hitting a particular muscle or full extension etc

Also agree with Stuke on the form of the other guy.

Once I can bang out one more rep than Sean’s 20, I might make a comment about his form. Never done them that way but can’t imagine I’d get 2 more reps.

100 pullups in 20 minutes is damn cool and impressive. Hanging is a great start for most people and even with that, builds great grip and tendon strength. What got me stronger in multiple reps of pullups/chin ups was holding 3 the positions to get to the top. Dead Hang, Mid Position and Full Position. Awesome thread.
