I had "Fat Elvis French Toast today, something like this photo except cut their bread an inch thick and fried the banana . . .
Whoa Henry! You have a "like" from Benny on that post! That's better than any comment I could make about the nutritional content and health of that nasty meal.

For breakfast each morning I have smoked salmon on a half slice of toast with two eggs on top - no butter or anything, apple slices and a half banana. I eat the other half before my morning workout.

By way of contrast, my first meal today was ~3/4# broccoli and a half can of Kroger Simple Truth Organic Pinto Beans, steamed. Then, after cooked, added 11cc chlorella, ~2 T Yoder's Horseradish (horseradish, vinegar, salt), a dollop of Kroger Simple Truth Organic Stone Ground Mustard, Pink Himalayan sea salt, Bragg's Nutritional Yeast and drizzled with ~3 T of Carlson's Fish oil. This filled a large salad bowl. Probably around 700 calories, half due to the fish oil if my calculations are correct. Then I had some raw Brazil nuts. All was delicious, BTW.
