This guy was a beast. Someone knowledgeable said (in zach even esh 's website) that the small one weights about 150 pounds and the other one around 200 pounds. Also, the look of power: good neck, traps and shoulders. I guess that by holding those anvils his hips and legs were strong, too.

I will never be able to do that. I don't have two anvils.
I wonder how long he held them before/after the photo was snapped and where his grip was when he started? Looks like he has some decent forearms though. His outfit is stellar! Is that a black skull on his wife-beater? GASP!

That is an awesome picture. Thanks for sharing. You know he has a killer grip because the anvils are hovering over his scantily clad feet. I would have to have steel toe work boots to even think about trying.
