May I add, large muscles may look great, but I'd rather be strong, balanced, and healthy. I don't want to be the tubby guy. At 52, my dick still works just fine. I blast 4 miles on the exercise bike before work which works for me. Yeah, I know some of you younger guys are laughing at that, but wait until you're 52. I sleep at least 7 hours, get up and have a small cuppa coffee with a slice of 9 grain toast and maybe a piece of fruit, jam on the exercise bike until I've gone at least 4 miles, and then I drive 53 miles to work. My shift is 12 hours long and I have almost a 1 hour commute each way. While I'm at work I do curls, pushups, squats and leg lifts as often as possible. The other guys in my office look at me like I'm crazy, but they all use dip, never move, and they're all fat and miserable. They're all on a statin drug, an HBP drug, they all need the blue pill, and they look unhealthy because they are. I'm soft around the middle more than I'd care to be, but I know I'm going to outlive every one of those guys, and I can still have marathon sex with the the GF. Life is as good as you make it.
