Then what more recovery are you looking for? Everything I can get! I guess I don't understand. You work out everyday, I believe you said. You are recovered enough to do that it seems. Do you want to do 2 workouts per day or what benefit will faster recovery get you? If you work out every 24 hours and you recover in 20, no problem. If you can recover in 10 no problem, but no additional benefit either.

Yeah, blended celery is pulpy and distracting, but I've swallowed it. I hated the cleanup, as I mentioned. It took much longer to clean all the bits out than it did to make the juice. If you don't thoroughly clean it up, the particles can get nasty in the juicer works. I had to use a brush and rinsed with white vinegar. Too much fiddling around for me, so I just eat the celery and juice other stuff. I'm not spending twenty minutes or a half hour just to drink juiced veggies. Using the blender is just a quick wash up like I would with any drink container. If I had a wife to share cooking cleanup chores, I might think differently.

EDIT: Although I no longer use a juicer, I also rarely blend up green drinks either. I just chew thoroughly.
