I watched this video yesterday and could do nothing but facepalm..
This guy goes to 15 doctors, physical therapists, massage studios or whatever just to get more flexible hamstrings. Why do people overcomplicate EVERYTHING !? I was like "dude just stretch your fookin legs!" Jesus christ it's not rocket science!
Two different stretches that you learn in every P.E. class is literally all you need. Yet this guy does a million type of stretches, goes to anyone and everyone to ask for advice.. I was surprised he didn't ask Elon Musk and the Pope on how to stretch best.
Those people will never get anywhere, overcomplicating the most basic things. Yet I see comments like "pls make a running tutorial" "please make a breathing tutorial" below fitness videos on youtube... is there anything more basic than those things? Those people are doing my head in. How about you get your fatass off the sofa, buy a pair of running shoes and actually try it out for yourself ffs. What's the matter? What happened to "learn it by doing" people rather talk about exercising than they actually exercise. They ruin it for themselves. Less thinking, more action!
If problems occur they can still ask for advice. I just don't understand why people turn the most basic things into giant obstacles instead of actually trying it out for themselves and figuring it out within seconds/minutes.

When having a very hot bath, sit in the tub and bring the forehead to the knees, much easier eh! I did much Hot Yoga and you can really stretch much more easy. Please, Please no more mentioning of you in the bath
I still cannot erase that image from my mind yet.

Some people get mad into stretching, pre-hab, mobility etc. I guess maybe it's worth it if you are willing to spend several hours a day exercising but most people have fairly modest goals and can stay injury-free just by not pursuing anything too obsessively. Anyway, just to clarify, I didn't click the video.
