Since I changed my diet 4 months ago and consume less milk products I feel a lot better.
I never had stomach problems or anything like that but it always made me feel a little sluggish as if it took my body a lot of effort to digest it.
I switched to soy milk and the only milk products I consume are whey daily and a yoghurt once a week. It doesn't affect me negatively as daily consumption of milk, cheese, yoghurts etc. did. My skin also looks better now.
What's your guys experience with milk products?

I went off dairy and eggs for over 2 months - no change - so I went back.

I'm allergic to the proteins in dairy. I've been using dairy since I was a kid. I didn't find out until about 3 years ago I was allergic. I found out to late because it caused some permanent damage. I use to like plain greek yogurt. The hardest part for me was giving up milk. I now drink coconut milk. I have seen a big difference cutting out dairy. No more flem in the morning, seasonal allergies, and endurance wise.

With milk and anything else I consume, it goes in one colour and what is not needed always comes out brown.

Dairy is my source of animal protein. I get through a litre of milk a day and I have cheese sandwiches almost every day for lunch. Cheese is my one vice; it's probably better for me than smoking, drinking and keeping in the company of loose women.
