And, fried foods / heated oils are very toxic. That's why I don't eat anything fried. Same for burnt meat - like happens with grilling - or other burnt foods.

I love fried foods in real lard and butter. Didn't seem to bother my ancestors.

On very rare occasions, I'll lightly fry something, like when I find mushrooms, in lard that my friend has rendered from their pigs that they feed their organic garden waste to. No breading of any kind and no browning of the food. I haven't yet bothered to find a source for raw dairy, although I know I easily could here, but I discovered a while back that commercial dairy gives me problems, so it's off my menu forever. It was a bummer because I loved hard, sharp cheeses. So I don't eat the "real" commercial butter from the grocer that comes with the pus, drugs and grain feed from commercial dairy enterprises.

So chia seeds are a superfood regarding omega 3, calcium, iron, postassium and vitamin C ? Maybe I should buy some
More calcium than milk, more iron than spinach, more vitamin c than oranges, more omega 3 than walnuts, more postassium than bananas. Don't know about yall but that sounds hella healthy
Btw, I eat a proper teaspoon peanut butter every day, didn't notice any negative side effects

JRG, Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. He is talking about the balance between omega 3s and 6. He is talking about if You eat more omega 6 how it could be inflammatory to Your body. Which could cause health problems and chronic pain. I read this year's ago.

I'm not vegetarian or vegan but I don't really eat a lot of meat. Meat is most people's main source of irion. Chia seeds contain a lot of iron and bascially everything else that I want + they are anti-inflammatory. I will let you know if I notice any differences in how I feel after a couple weeks of eating them daily

Most people have far too much 6 in their diet, hence the inflammation and other diet related issues as a result.

Your right MBS, the fish oil I have had a pretty good balance between the 2 omegas, I have been taking beet powder with water as well as liquid tumeric from Costco, a great combination, by the way My wife and I are going to be in Vegas next Wed thru Fri, we’re staying at Bally’s, maybe if you have the time we could get together and have a beer and talk training?
