I was curious what you experiences are with daily expander training? I have the impression that it doesn't put the same strain on the body as weight lifting does. Do you agree? I now do it pretty much every day. The following day I might feel a little tight but nothing wild really. I have no aching muscles, I'm not really sore. I can do it every day. Have you made similar experiences with expander training? What are your thoughts?

You can do anything daily if it's done at the level that your body can recover from in 24 hours or less. Most people do it all the time in their day to day lives, and I'm sure Mr. Average will back me up on this one.
Btw I like The Hook used in various chest expander type movements myself, but I don't think there is anything magical about bands over any other type of strength training tool other than that they interest me.

I like how quiet and portable the expander is. If I dropped weights all the time my neighbors would get mad at me haha

If it works, do it. If you need longer recovery, your body will let you know.
For my part, I live by the 48 hour recovery rule, so ah'm a no worry 'bout it. When I workout, I work out hard, so I need that rest. I also like splitting a routine. Gives it a bit of variation. I don't think I could keep up doing the same thing day after day.

I do self-resistance exercises for 60-65 min daily. Hard high tension exercises with the belts take me for 35-40 min. After that, I perform co-contraction (KSHD) exercises for ~20 min. Then I do few isometric exercises as supplemental ones for my CNS conditioning. For this mixed protocol, 24 hours are enough for recovery.

Yes I agree, as long as someone is sensible there is no reason not to use your muscles daily. Of course I am only one of millions or even billions of people out there who use their muscles daily.
As for strength training and muscle building as far as I am concerned everything works, the thing with weights, bands and bodyweight exercises compared to some types of isometric training it is easier to gauge progress through adding more resistance, reps, or time under tension etc...........
