Last week whilst in the pharmacy section of my grocery store I noticed Centrum Silver multi-vitamins. I thought, what the heck. After a week of taking one a day I really do feel a noticeable difference in my energy level.

I feel an energy boost from drinking an extra cup of coffee - and no 1 week waiting period required.

OK, but what about the ".... no 1 week waiting period ...." part? I thought that was kinda witty?

I was just trying to keep it light, but Henry is having none of that .... even though he's correct, IMO. Could likely get the same effect from drinking glyphosate (comes from the same chemical company cartel), although I strongly recommend against it if you'd rather stay alive and healthy. Glyphosate is found in processed foods too, so if you must, you might be able to get your daily glyphosate that way if you don't eat real, organic, unsprayed or otherwise fucked up with chemicals, food.
EDIT: Also, a heads up, if you can find a supplement at the grocer or the pharmacy, it's not worth shit ..... or worse.

Oh, for fuck's sake! Here come the experts. There is no placebo effect. I didn't start taking them thinking now I'm going to see how I feel. I started taking them because I decided it might be a good idea to make sure I get my vitamins. After a few days I began noticing that I'm feeling pretty good, and then it dawned on me that it is probably because of the vitamins.

Obviously supplements continue to be a guessing game for most of us .

Oh, whatever. I'm not going to lie and say, gee, maybe it is all in my head. It's not. I definitely feel better. So, y'all just continue with your posting of the most detrimental poison ever concocted by those evil pharmaceutical companies, and I'll just continue with my Centrum and feel more energized, and we'll leave it at that.

I have a statement and then, a question that may sound a little convoluted until you think about it: Centrum Silver is made by Pfizer who is a pharmaceutical manufacturer, a medical & chemical related industry. What motivation do they have to supply an inexpensive multi-vitamin to help you avoid their more expensive drugs, claimed to treat the symptoms for issues that may have been caused by their cheap vitamin product?

Let's just be satisfied that Bruce is doing well and he deserves praise for his frequent sharing(likewise for Mikey and Henry)
