" Thanks to new fitness tools recently purchased, my condensed and efficient workouts are taking place in a spare room at my office. I’m using the amazing “fitness tools” created by a legendary serial fitness fitness equipment inventor - Bruce “The Hook” Tackett - and his Sierra Exercise Equipment company. I personally know Bruce, he's a fellow cyberspace fitness brother from a different mother, and his The Hook Resistance Band Training System along with The Isometric/Suspension Trainer are among the cleverest fitness training tools I’ve ever owned."

Tears. Pierini's testimonial brought tears to my eyes.
Seriously. That was a very thorough and much appreciated write-up on my equipment.
A million thanks, pierini!
BTW, for those who might not know, there is a link to pierini's famous blog at the bottom of this forum.

Perhaps a future Pierini blog will include an interview with the Sierra CEO.

Yes, that was a good write up. He was telling me about those longer bands for pressing. I'm interested in getting them. Seeing the picture of them gave me some ideas.

Pierini sent me his book a couple years ago, and I promised a review, but my friend, Todd (on AMM) took the book early last year and hasn't returned it.
Pierini is one of the really good guys I got to know quite well when we were on Peterson's forum. He and I shared a passion for running, and then he turned his attention to Olympic lifting, and with the legendary Tommy Kono training him he became quite good in a very short period of time. He posted several videos on YouTube chronicling his progress, and it inspired me to try it for awhile...I didn't do as well as he did.
Bruce, Ed Pierini, Parker Reed...that was quite a group on the early Transformetric's forum, that is until GN, JJ and Gordon took over.
