...and now eggs are back to being bad for you.
"Date: March 15, 2019 Source: Northwestern University Summary: Cancel the cheese omelet. A large, new study of nearly 30,000 people reports adults who ate more eggs and dietary cholesterol had a significantly higher risk of cardiovascular disease and death from any cause. People need to consume lower amounts of cholesterol to have a lower risk of heart disease, the study authors said."
Probably next week there will be a new study published somewhere that says eggs are back to being good. But water will be bad.

Give up eggs to eek out another year or 10, no thanks. When it comes to lifespan. Quality over quantity any day. So I eat eggs and die as an active adult at age 70 or I don't eat eggs and I hang on until 80 with the last 5 years being in a nursing home not knowing my name. See you at 70! Plus as you are saying. The great thing about nutrition studies is that if you don't like what this one tells you, wait for the next one. I have sworn off butter though and am using those healthful trans fats that are all the rage

The question should be do people who eat many eggs tend to consume more sugar than people who consciously avoid eating eggs. Any study concerning cholesterol should start with people with similar sugar consumption totals.
