alrighty, then. Unless I think of something else, my Everything Unit is complete! This is the entire package in a nut shell. I can get in an entire upper body workout in 15 minutes whilst ensconced on my incline bench. Where possible, I combined the winning combination of weights with bands. I added wood blocking as a spacer between the pipes on my triceps unit and secured the upper lengths of pipe tautly with webbing to the back of the backrest: This completes the bands/weights combo triceps setup I made yesterday: The overhead pulldown set up combining a weight stack with bands. The handles are directly over the incline bench: The last thing to be done - a bands/dumbbell combo. I, of course, custom made the dumbbells:

I use that thing for upper body work 3 days a week. On the days in between I do legs and forearms.

Nice work, Bruce Goldberg! If I was doing something like that, I think I would copy your method of adding one feature at a time to see how it works, how it feels and how it "fits" my body. It might also be easier to keep track of what each little doo-dad does as I go along rather than being faced with this complexity right up front.

Thank you, Mr. Spuds. Yes, there was no grand plan. It just evolved.
