Been offline a few days but Thursday I decided to pick the KB up again. I hadn't pressed a KB since the last time I PR'd. Had a big increase on my left arm only. Didn't do any on my right arm since my shoulder was aching a bit from BJJ Wednesday night.
I hit the 40kg KB for a set of 3 and 2 reps this time around. Dad instantly said "iso's, bands, and bullworker".
Was really surprised as I was really fatigued from Wednesday nights training and hurting pretty good in certain areas.

...... Had a big increase on my left arm only. Didn't do any on my right arm since my shoulder was aching a bit from BJJ Wednesday night. .............. When that happens to me, I drop the effort on the strong arm down to the level that the weak arm is able to do. That way I bring them both back up together. Kinda gives the strong arm a bit of a break, too. Possibly an anal-ity on my part?

Strange thing is when I do double presses none of this happens, only on the single arm stuff. Also, it was just an off the cuff test.
