Well back in 2004 while some people where talking about and buying a Peterson book. I bought this one
A guaranteed–to–motivate, fully illustrated fitness book by the number–one trainer to the stars.
Tap into the secret weapon responsible for the world's most coveted and sculpted bodies – from Hollywood A–listers to pro athletes – and let fitness guru Gunnar Peterson map out your optimal get–in–shape strategy.
In his groundbreaking book G–Force, Peterson – whose clients include Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Pete Sampras, Monica Seles, Madonna, and more – reveals sure–fire techniques to help you achieve the rock–hard body you've always wanted. His proven exercise system will not only get you into the best shape of your life, it will encourage you to stay in shape by doing something truly remarkable – keeping workouts fun, upbeat and interesting!
Peterson got serious about fitness as a student at Duke University, earning a degree in physical fitness and psychology. After years of personal training, he began to recognise the three crucial ingredients of any fitness success story: motivation, information and variety. Now, for the first time in book form, he charts the life–changing fitness formulas that have made him a favourite of the stars.

I've noticed that there are a plethora of claimed "trainers to the stars" - like Benny's business partners.

I have learned that whenever I see a somewhat catchy phrase or somewhat intelligent statement posted by JP, a search will invariably disclose where he plagiarized it from.
