Thanks for posting this, Michael. This is of particular interest to me. I actually do eat a lot of what's on that list. Months ago when I read that beans are good for vascular health, I started having beans with my daily salads. They really set the salads off! Delicious! Dark chocolate? Love it! I snack on dark chocolate covered almonds and raisins and coconut.

Yeah Bruce, heart health is what I think about when choosing foods. I eat beans almost everyday whether in a salad or at dinner.

Yeah Bruce, heart health is what I think about when choosing foods. I eat beans almost everyday whether in a salad or at dinner. I usually try to think about how it's going to taste. I eat beans most days and I already know that the ingredients I choose will be healthy, but combining them in ways that they taste good can be challenging to me. Strongly flavored food's like the blue-green algae, ginger, moringa leaf and fermented krauts need a bit of thought.

Most definitely taste is important. I won't eat something that doesn't taste good to me just because it's healthy. You have to like the taste of what You eat or You won't stick to eating healthy. , remember what Bruce said about eating organic bark. I like what Matt says in this video.

My instantly prepared black bean/ hemp seed combo ain't that tasty but rather it's bland. I can only hope this high fiber combo is health promoting .

I eat lots of beans. Today I had chickpeas. I have tofu nearly daily, as well as some meat several times a week.

Good one. Yeah, it's not that hard, just eat less. If you can't eat less, you need to replace any fake McFood with nutrient dense, real food and plant derived liquid minerals. in many instances where otherwise good nutrition is practiced, the mere addition of high quality minerals will be enough to allow reduced food volume without experiencing compelling hunger, since everyone is deficient in minerals unless they supplement or live and cultivate an undeveloped land where minerals have not yet been depleted. Big Agribusiness does not offer the minerals we need in the McFood they supply.
