Bruce -- I presume the strap is ok to put in the washing machine? I have threaded mine through weight plates in the past and got plate rust on mine. Of course you can wash it.

Grunt, No need to steal JP's idea. You probably have eight or nine "belts" you have made around your house right now that could be used like JP's (just not 28' long ones). The new idea is how he grips the belt. Look at the picture of Benny using JP's belt: sierraexercise.proboards.com/thread/1253/belt-available-march-1st?page=6You just stand on the belt and grab the "loops" that are made. Adjust by moving the buckle then standing on the belt again. I made one with handles and used "O" rings instead of a buckle. That way, the belt does not have to be 28 feet long. I have the option of using the rings like a fixed buckle or can adjust on the fly (so there is less time between exercises). I can get a stronger contraction using the handles.

Why is he risking ridicule? Because - OK, he weighs 250# @ 5' 9". He says he "lost a few pounds" and has "some definition is coming in"? We've seen him. It's going to take more than a few pounds before he sees much noticeable definition, isn't it? Nice of Benny "to be open about" his BS though. He is 5' 9" ? So why does he call himself big, it cannot be based on muscle and it is not based on height, I am only 5' 10" myself and that is not big. It must be the 70 lbs or so of BF he is carrying around.

What he wrote here," I'm already risking ridicule talking about this but I want to be open about this." If he likes something why worry what someone else thinks. Everything he reads about himself, he takes to heart. I think Billfish said it best right to him. JP steals everyone else's ideas anyhow. By the way, that 36 loop belt, is it 28" long? About 18'

About 18' Bruce is 10 inches off and I meant that 28 to be feet.

I have edited the LEAD POST on AMMII that Benny has linked to, from his Power and Might blogspot. When people who are unfamiliar with Benny and the JeP's nonsense visit AMMII thru Benny's link, they can get a quick overview of what AMMII is about. Trying to make it convenient for them and easier to understand and enjoy the humor, with all thanks and acknowledgement to those two wanna-be, physical fitness gurus for the raw comedy material they regularly provide, along with other Twat contributors like Andy.

I've got the 30 looper too. Why wouldn't sewn loops make about 1000% more sense than f'ing around with buckles and bits to make loops? Gotta say I looked at some of Benny's videos. The kid is "out" there.
I also have a set of hooks too, the fat handled ones. I can even use them with the belt if I want to. Why does it seem any other person on the internet that wants to crap out a book or sell a fitness product seems to get it done in less than 1/2 a decade and with a better product to boot.

Cuz...with the secret fitness formula and the magical mystery supplements you'd just rip the darn sewn loops right off.

If there's anyone on this forum who knows how durable the Sierra Suspension Trainer is, it would be whiffet for sure and likely some others who have been using one for a long time and probably beat on it pretty good.

I meant that 28 to be feet. I knew what you meant. A Caneguru's ability to communicate transcends language.
