Benny's post from last night describing JP's new belt has me scratching my head and wondering where JP got the idea for it? Oh yeah, Bruce. Just like everything else JP has ever published, produced, or posted on his forum, it was someone else's idea.

I have used the new belt and I'm going share my results thus far....
I've been using the new belt everyday since it was given to me and have worked several holds with it. Lost a few pounds and love the feeling I get after a workout. Some definition is coming in but it's still too soon to tell it's full affects yet. I'm already risking ridicule talking about this but I want to be open about this.
The grip of the belt feels great in my hands and the amount of angles you can make with this thing is only limited by your imagination. Here are just a few of the exercises I have done so far within 1-3 contractions....
Curls Deadlift Sampson Pillar Push Bench Press Squats Simulated Bending Steel Over The Legs Positions For The Neck Bow And Arrow Pull Military Press Lateral Pulls (Front, Sides) Overhead Pull
The loops are tricky to do at first but after a few times, it'll be a cakewalk. Once you get them going and figure out the adjustments, you're going to have an incredible workout. Making it a suspension trainer is fun and using it as gymnastic rings for dips and other exercises make it a full variety workout entity. It's awesome for traveling and be able to come up with awesome exercises.

No BjBenny needs someone to praise him and stroke his ego, he cannot get it on here, so he has gone back home, hoping for praise.

"The loops are tricky to do at first but after a few times, it'll be a cakewalk. Once you get them going and figure out the adjustments..."
The loops on my Sierra Isometric/Suspension Trainer are evenly spaced and fixed - 30 of them.

I'd like to see a YouTube presentation of Jp's creation so I can steal its design . But will it be worth stealing?

What he wrote here," I'm already risking ridicule talking about this but I want to be open about this." If he likes something why worry what someone else thinks. Everything he reads about himself, he takes to heart. I think Billfish said it best right to him. JP steals everyone else's ideas anyhow. By the way, that 36 loop belt, is it 28" long?

The sturdy fixed-loop belt was an elegant and intelligent design concept. I love mine.

Bruce -- I presume the strap is ok to put in the washing machine? I have threaded mine through weight plates in the past and got plate rust on mine.

Why is he risking ridicule? Because - OK, he weighs 250# @ 5' 9". He says he "lost a few pounds" and has "some definition is coming in"? We've seen him. It's going to take more than a few pounds before he sees much noticeable definition, isn't it? Nice of Benny "to be open about" his BS though.

It hurts his delicate feelings when someone questions his fantasies.
