This is my new ceiling bands system. The handles are directly above my bench. When I take hold of the handles and sit down, the bands are already stretched to a significant resistance while my hands are overhead, before beginning pulldowns. I have a low ceiling in my basement. The webbing goes through a mountaineering rappelling thingy. The bands set up. And here's the bench below the handles. I sit down, get my legs locked in, get situated, and begin my workout. With the exception of bench presses, I do each exercise one set to failure. 1. Pulldowns. I spread my elbows outward for a wide lat pull down on the first repetition, and then I bring my hands together, palms facing me, for a close grip pulldown on the second rep, and then I continue going back and forth like that. 2. I take hold of handles (1) and do shoulder raises, bringing my arms back into a good morning stretch position. 3. Bench Press - handles (2). Because I'm using a lighter resistance for the bench press, I am combining KSHD with the bands. 4. Ab Crunches. I hold handles (2) up at my chest and lean forward. 5. Overhead Press - handles (2). 6. Two Hand Triceps Extensions, palms facing upward - handles (2). 7. Biceps Curls - handles (3). 8. Triceps Kickbacks - handles (3). 9. Biceps Curls - handles (3). 10. One Arm Blade Hand Triceps extensions - handles (4). 11. Biceps Curls - handles (3). The routine took 15 minutes.

I am loving this everything unit and the routine so much that I haven't been able to leave it alone. I've done it four days in a row. However, this fourth day presented me with a harsh reality - recovery. So, it's back to the every other day routine.

I am loving this everything unit and the routine so much that I haven't been able to leave it alone. I've done it four days in a row. However, this fourth day presented me with a harsh reality - recovery. So, it's back to the every other day routine. I don't blame you hitting the same body parts every day is hard work and can take a lot out of people.

Sometimes less is more. Intensity determines recovery time, IMO.
