You know what always puzzled me? This forum, it's soo hidden.. I don't know how anyone could possibly stumble upon it unless he was looking specifically for the hook handles and saw the forum link which also is kinda hidden on the bottom of the website. That's exactly how I found it. I find it very surprising how many people are active and post frequently on here. It's an anomaly that I don't understand. Imo this forum is super hidden yet so many members post on here and threads get thousands of views. Usually it doesn't work that way with forums but I ain't complaining! It's just something that surprised me right from the beginning when I joined. It's a hidden gem really

Regulartoes.... This forum has been in existence in one form or another for almost seventeen years. A lot of the members are people who had belonged to this forum in its past incarnations (Ezboard, Yuku, Tapalk) and have simply followed as its been moved. And like any forum, people find this forum through searches of a particular interest, or through my products page, or just simply stumbling on it. Whatever the reason, we've collected a good bunch of people over the years who have made this their home.

JRG it is a gem. Glad you are here. The breadth of knowledge from the people here is truly incredible. And what I like is that there are no armchair quarterbacks. Everyone has a training history that you can learn from. They have walked the walk. And the products are excellent too.

I'd like to give a big, "Fuck you!", to the many unique visitors to this site. And they'd all like to return the greeting with a big "Blow me!" Dave's another guy who has been around for a very long time. It is my hope that with enough time he will eventually be able to differentiate between linear and exponential.

stormietoes has been with us since the break of dawn. It is true. I also have rare never to be made again products too. Best wrist roller on planet using internal resistance. Wood lined foot stirrups for Bullworker. Genius. Isokinator buster at a fraction of cost. Handle with loop for doing self resistance exercises. I am thankful I don't live next door to Bruce. I would own much of his functional art pipe sculptures. Too heavy to ship

I saw it for sale years ago and it looked really cool but was indeed expensive, I think I was trying to find out more about grip training or isometrics or something, but I didn't post here until much later (2011?).

Mikey and Dave........
My Mega Wrist Roller was a very expensive and time consuming product to make. For the same type of exerciser, I have heard very good things about the Sidewinder. It's expensive, but, apparently a once-in-a-lifetime investment. In fact, years ago, I read a review written by a forearm fanatic who had purchased every wrist roller device on the market. He had put the Sidewinder right on top with my Mega Wrist Roller just underneath it.

Every now and then I look for second hand sidewinders on ebay, wrist curl type movements are where the bison exerciser is least useful.
