Clean and Pressed a 120lbs Water bag for 40 reps in 20 minutes this evening. Followed that up with 3 sets of 10 of Zercher Squats with it also. Then I fell into my strand and bullworker stuff.
Several months ago it would kill my shoulders to do this. The Hook with the strands are making a believer out of me. I sort of took my time at the beginning thinking there would be no way I could even make it 20 minutes. I know now that if I'd picked the pace up just a tad I could have got 50+ in 20 minutes. I'll be rotating it back in.
I have 2 60lbs water bladders in an Ironmind Sandbag.

I do the Bryce Lane 50-20 with a sandbag, but water bladders makes for a fookin awkward load. I'll back Reverend Bruce comment. you're a good one.

Thanks guys. I'm up this morning at 4:53am and stood in the shower for nearly 30 minutes. My fingers are super stiff and sore. I'll be a wreck come this evening after work. I have some deep fatigue in my upper back and shoulders that made for a restless night. Should have went a little easier than harder I do think.

50-20 can be a bitch the day after, especially after a long layoff.
