Haven't been able to one arm press the 40KG KB since I bought them probably over a year ago. My shoulders just would not allow it, until tonight. I've been working with bands/strands and iso's for around a month or so now. So, tonight I decided to work up and give it a try. I was stunned actually. I just didn't get just a single rep in each arm and done for but on my left arm I got 1/2/1 and on the right I got 1/0/1. 3 sets of each arm. I just got out of the groove on the 2nd attempt on my right arm, but singles was all I had in the bad shoulder.
I followed this up with a DBl KB CL/MP/FS ladder only climbing the MP up to 5 reps. Then I did the Dan John Armour Building Complex for 5 rounds to get extra cleans and front squats. Finished the workout with all my strand exercises and I feel great.
I'll give them another whirl in a month or two and see how I have progressed.

CL= Clean FS= Front Squat
I used the 32kg bells for all the DBL(double) work.
So here is what I did with double 32kgs Kbs on the DBL CL/MP/FS
CL 1 rep, MP laddered 1,2,3,4,5, FS 1 rep
Armor Complex CL 2 rep, MP 1 rep, FS 3 reps for 5 rounds.
It was a little more work than I had planned on doing but nothing too difficult. I would have probably Laddered up to 8 reps or so this evening if I hadn't done the 40kg for several reps on both arms.

Did you do the Charleston while you were at it? no, it was more of a Marvin Gaye "got to give it up" night.

Here's one I like to use to measure my cardiovascular conditioning. www.rdellatraining.com/video-kettlebell-workout-the-power-5-kettlebell-complex

It was one out of More KB Muscle. Some good stuff for sure.
