I'm just about to run a hot salt bath for a soak and read this. YIKES!
JRG: I would certainly seek out some expert advice on this! Not something I would want to guess at.
Typically, when I soak for 30 min to 1 hr in a hot salt bath, I rise up out of it rather slowly, from low squat to standing, because I'm so relaxed, I have had a light headed feeling and know that I must get out slowly to avoid that. I've never actually gone out though, thank God.

Sorry for the overly dramatic title of this thread but what I just experienced 30 minutes ago could maybe save someone else's life. ..... URGENT!!!
I worked in the medical field for many years. My advice: Go immediately for a checkup. You might have had a TIA (transischemic attack or ministroke). This might be a warning of an impeding stroke. At the very least, you had a vasovagal attack (fainting spell) twice in rapid succession. If seen to right away, there may be no permanent damage, but otherwise you could end up being dead, paralyzed, cognitively impaired, etc.
And...if anything like fainting happens again, immediately call emergency (911 if in the USA, 999 if in the UK). Moments may make the difference between permanent injury/death or a good outcome.

Woah you guys scare me. I thought it might've just been a drop in blood pressure and nothing too serious that caused it. I will visit the doctor tomorrow and let you know what he says.

This is the first thing I thought. But the fact that it happened twice in such a short timespan makes it scarier. I too think he should see a doctor immediately.

See somebody kid. Your health comes first and finding what has made that happen. I'm glad you're better now but don't hesitate to talk to somebody and get a hold on this. You're too damn young to go now, get help and make the most of what is possible.
