That guy cracks me up. I had not seen that one. Thank you. I love the art of VPF (Village People Fu) It may even cause the opponent to view you will fellow love of man versus anger and hate.

I believe this is one of the best books on knife fighting from Folsom prison.

A person once told me that one of the best ways to become good at self defense against the knife is to learn how to use one as an offensive weapon. As you can imagine, most knife fights in prison are brutal assassinations where the person is attacked from the back or when they are not expecting it. Also, the person using it uses it almost like a rabid out of control sewing machine with many rapid short thrusts all over the place, not those beautiful arcing knife sweeps on TV and in the movies.

I always enjoyed Chris Crudelli's shows, but a lot of the stuff you had to regard with some skepticism.

IMO Mind Body and Kick Arse Moves was far better, I lost the plot with Kickass Miracles.

Moves was the better show overall, but Miracles also had that one scene where the guy tried to go into a trance and become impervious to blades, but ended up bleeding everywhere
