Hey Bruce or Anyone else that may be trying to accomplish something. I was wondering how Your Progress was going with the weight loss? I know the picture You posted with the Walmart coat You did look like You lost a decent amount of weight.
After I finished on the Proform Hybrid trainer this morning I was thinking about how good my knees felt. Also was thinking if You were still using it regularly?

I am going to drop 10 - 15 pounds by summer and have been dropping around a pound a week just by getting rid of junk food. Lately I have been starting to grab more snacks, so I might give this a try. new plan

Well I am planning to virtually run 6 marathons as a warm up, deadlift 3000 pounds for 10 reps, squat 2000 pounds for 10 reps, bench press 1000 pounds for 10 reps and have a threesome with Mila Kunis and Zoe Saldana.

The less You see it the better. This is such simple, basic and, seemingly obvious advice, but it's surprising how often people miss it. It's something I must police myself on, m8s! Just don't bring it into the house in the first place.
