Oh. That was you. Thanks! I'll be sending it off on Monday. You'll receive tracking info. Of course, I don't know how long Kung Pow Chicken and Fried Rice will keep in the mail.

At some point, I'll probably get the hook. Looks fun and easy to travel with.

I like the cables, especially for arms and shoulders. When I looked at the KSHD t-shirt page I clicked on either your Facebook or Twitter page and seen a way to do overhead tricep extensions with the cables. If you get the anchor there's alot of options for different exercises. Well worth the money.

The hook is a lifesaver if you find yourself without weights but still want a lot of resistance.

The hook is a lifesaver if you find yourself without weights but still want a lot of resistance. I'm moving away from the heavy weights. I have all the muscle mass that I want or will ever need. Just have major wear and tear on my body and I don't want it to progress anymore trying to grind and grind after a pound here or a pound there. As for my weights it will mainly be some KB work and a deadlift threw in every when ever.

There is this ever continuing misconception that bands can't be as effective at building size as weights can. This is BS. You can load those handles up with so much resistance you can't budge them. I have found that bands are much more effective for triceps.

me and the old man had a great training session this evening. We did one arm overhead presses(me Kbs, Dad likes Dumbbells) and bodyweight rows using the iso strap and the hooks. After that we just broke into to playing with the Hooks, bands and strap. You can just about do anything you can conjure up in your mind. We absolutely love it. Will be putting it to heavy use.

While using my The Hook Door Anchor, I noticed (for the first time, GASP!) that two people could pull on the same anchor at the same time from adjacent angles because it doesn't matter where the puller is standing, squatting or whatever, in front of the anchor. The bands are all pulling on one central point. Don't know why this never occurred to me before. It just always seemed 'normal' to me to position myself directly in front of the anchor, but I was in a position that one hand would run into a wall, so I moved to one side and everything went just fine. I'm easily entertained, I guess.
